RO System Skid

Reverse Osmosis (RO) refers to a method that separate solvent from solution through RO membrane under certain pressure. Since the direction is opposite to the natural osmosis, it is called “Reverse Osmosis”.


Due to the different osmotic pressure of various materials, the reverse osmosis method that higher than osmotic pressure can be used to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration.  It can eliminate the ions and organic compounds of small molecular weight in filtrate, such as bacteria, virus, heat source, etc. It has already been widely used on the desalination of sea water or brackish water, the production of pure water for electronics and pharmaceutical, the production of drinking distilled water and space water; it can also be applied on biological and medical engineering.


The raw water of SCHW One Pass RO System can be tap water, brackish water and sea water. After the pretreatment, water enters into RO System to produce low conductivity water.


RO System adopts high quality RO membrane, the production of water is more effective and stable, and the stable desalination rate is up to 95-99%.


RO System adopts skid design, which requires smaller area and lower power consumption. It can be used immediately after the pipeline is connected. Besides, the control is fully automatic, which is more convenient for operation.
